Booking Terms and Conditions
1. General
1.1 These terms and conditions ("Terms") apply to all bookings made through 2nd Chance Pty Ltd.
1.2 By making a booking with us, you agree to be bound by these Terms and any additional terms and conditions of the relevant airline.
1.3 These Terms can be subject to change at any time, and the latest version will be available upon request.
2. Booking and Payment
2.1 All bookings are subject to seat availability and confirmation from the airline.
2.2 An air ticket will not be issued until full payment is received. Payment can be made by credit card, bank transfer, or any other method specified by the Agency.
2.3 All prices will be quoted in Australian Dollars (AUD) and will include taxes, fees, and charges, unless otherwise stated.
2.4 Any additional charges imposed by the airline, such as baggage fees, seat selection, or in-flight services, which are not included in the booking price, these charges must be paid directly to the airline.
3. Changes and Cancellations
3.1 Changes to bookings, including name corrections, date changes, and route changes, are subject to the terms and conditions of the relevant airline.
3.2 The Agency may charge an administration fee for processing changes or cancellations.
3.3 Cancellation policies will vary by airline and fare type. Refunds, if applicable, will be processed according to the airline's policy.
3.4 In the event of a flight cancellation or schedule change by the airline, Our office will notify the clients on the contact numbers provided by the client, and provide alternative options, including rebooking or refund, as per the airline's policy.
4. Travel Documentation
4.1 It is the passenger's responsibility to ensure they have all necessary travel documents, including a valid passport, visas, and any other required documentation.
4.2 The Agency will not be responsible for any issues arising from incomplete or incorrect travel documents.
5. Health and Safety
5.1 Passengers are responsible for ensuring they meet all health requirements and comply with any health advisories or restrictions in place at their destination.
5.2 It is the passenger's responsibility to obtain any required vaccinations or health certificates.
6. Liability
6.1 The Agency acts only as an intermediary between the passenger and the airline. We are not liable for any loss, injury, or damage resulting from acts or omissions of the airline.
6.2 The Agency is not responsible for any indirect or consequential losses, including loss of enjoyment or travel delays as a result of airlines or third party service failures.
7. Special Requests
7.1 All special requests, such as dietary requirements, seating preferences, or assistance for passengers with disabilities, should be made in advance at the time of bookings and as per airline guidelines. We will forward such requests to the airline (noting that these special services are provided by the airlines concerned) we will not be held liable for any lapses on behalf of the airlines. In case of wheel chair assistance, airline concerns may have special requirements.
8. Data Protection
8.1 We are committed to protecting your personal information. Any personal data you provide will be processed in accordance with our Data Privacy Policy and applicable data protection laws, including the Australian Privacy Principles.
9. Complaints and Dispute Resolution
9.1 We are committed to providing excellent service. If you have a complaint, please contact us as soon as possible so we can address your concerns as per our company Complaints policy guidelines
9.2 Should your complaint resolution not be accepted, you may contact ATAS Travel Accreditation Scheme (ATAS) for further assistance.
10. Governing Law
10.1 These Terms are governed by the laws of Australia. Any disputes arising from these Terms or the booking shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Australia.

12. 2nd Chance Travels Schedule of Professional Fees
Please note the fees below are 2nd Chance Travel's fees and airline/supplier/operator fees do apply in addition to our fees.
A. Cancellation Fee prior to full payment - A$ 75 plus any applicable supplier fees.
B. Cancellation Fee after full payment - A$ 75 per person plus any applicable supplier fees.
C. Change Fee - A$ 75 per person plus any applicable supplier fees.
D. Visa Assistance Fee A$ 150 per person plus any applicable courier and visa/consulate fees.
