I purchased an air ticket from Colombo to Doha a few weeks back. I was so happy with the service because I got a very good rate for the ticket and Geethanjana was always available when I wanted to check on something. I was traveling with my baby and he managed to get me the bassinet seat as well. The night before my flight my baby was very sick and I was about to cancel my flight but Geethanjana handled the situation very well and ensured that it was okay to fly with my child and there will be no issue because he told me that if I cancelled and rebooked it would cost me a very high amount which other travel agents will not tell you. I did fly on the same day without canceling and I'm glad that I did. 2nd chance travels will be my go to place for travel requirements going forward!
